雷诺科雷傲后继车型将被命名为“Maxthon”，该车将于今年晚些时候发布，新车名称已经在中国知识产权局注册。新车内部基于雷诺日产开发的CMF平台，并将进一步延长。这款车的定位高于Kadjar，车长约为4.7米，内部将采用七座布局。从最近发布的合成图看，其设计深受塔利斯曼轿车影响，而这张合成图是根据谍照绘制的，因此准确性很高。雷诺计划向亚洲和澳大利亚市场提供七座SUV，七座版车型将在中国设计和生产，另外三星也将在韩国组装这款车。

 

Renault Koleos replacement to be called Maxthon?

A new report indicates Renault will use the name “Maxhton” for its upcoming Koleos replacement.

 

The biggest SUV to wear the diamond logo is set to be unveiled later this year and if we were to rely on a report coming from France, it will make the switch to the “Maxhton” nameplate. This latest speculation has some foundation as the new moniker was registered by Renault with the Chinese intellectual property authority.

 

Regardless of its name, the SUV will slot above the Kadjar and is believed to measure around 185 inches (4.7 meters). The model will reportedly come with a seven-seat layout and will feature a design influenced by the Talisman midsize sedan as depicted in the attached speculative renders. These images should be quite accurate taking into account the author used as foundation recent spy shots.

Renault is still not sure whether the model will be sold in Europe, but we do know the plan is to offer the seven-seat SUV in Asia and Australia. It’s being engineered in China where it will be locally produced and chances are Samsung will also assemble the model in South Korea. In terms of underpinnings, it will ride on an extended variant of the Renault-Nissan Common Module Family and will have a lot in common with the Nissan X-Trail.
