The Ferrari-powered Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio has been digitally transformed into a BMW M4-fighting coupe.

 

Such a version would certainly have the right ingredients to compete with major rivals such as the Mercedes-AMG C63 S Coupe and BMW M4 Coupe. It would obviously carry over the sedan’s Ferrari-derived biturbo 2.9-liter V6 with 505 horsepower and 443 pound-feet of torque. The four-door version sprints to 60 miles per hour in just 3.8 seconds, but the coupe could be slightly faster than that.

 

The latest word from Alfa Romeo indicates the Giulia Sedan will hit dealerships mid-2016, so even if there will be a coupe, it won’t show up sooner than the second half of 2017. A wagon version would also prove to be very desirable, but let’s just wait to see what FCA is (slowly) cooking up, besides a crossover.
