雷诺日产近日宣布，计划在未来四年推出十款以上采用自动驾驶技术的车型。虽然车厂并未透露细节，但表示，采用自动驾驶技术的车型将涵盖主流，大规模量产，且价格可接受车型。车厂表示，未来将向中国、欧洲、日本和美国市场提供自动驾驶车型。车厂认为，车辆采用自动驾驶技术后将有助于大大提升车辆安全性，目前90%的死亡事故是由于人为操作失误造成的。自动驾驶技术未来将成为一种潮流，而在今年，车厂将推出一款“单车道控制系统”，可以让车辆在高速路上自动驾驶。两年以后，车厂将推出进一步升级的“多车道控制系统”。该系统更先进，可以让车辆在高速路上自动变更车道。到2020年，“交叉路口自动驾驶技术”将会出现。届时，在驾驶者不干预的情况下，汽车也能穿越城市交叉路口和车流较大的城市路段。雷诺日产CEO卡洛斯-戈恩表示，未来车厂重点研发的两个方向分别是“零排放和零死亡”。

 

Renault-Nissan to launch 10+ vehicles with autonomous drive technology

Renault-Nissan has announced plans to launch more than ten vehicles with autonomous driving technology over the course of the next four years.

 

The alliance is keeping details under wraps but said autonomous driving technology will be offered on mainstream, mass-market cars at affordable prices. The company went on to say they intend to offer autonomous driving systems in China, Europe, Japan, and the United States.

 

Renault-Nissan believes the use of autonomous driving technology will greatly improve safety as human error is to blame for up to 90 percent of all car-related fatalities.

 

The autonomous driving technology will be rolled out in waves and this year the company will introduce a single-lane control system that allows for autonomously driving on highways. Two years later, the Renault-Nissan will introduce an improved system called multiple-lane control. This system is more advanced as it will enable the car to autonomously change lanes on the highway.

 

2020 will see the introduction of an "intersection autonomy" system that allows the car to automatically drive through intersections and in heavy urban traffic.

 

In a statement, Renault-Nissan CEO Carlos Ghosn said "Renault-Nissan Alliance is deeply committed to the twin goals of 'zero emissions and zero fatalities.'
