福特近日在洛杉矶车展发布了2017款翼虎（Escape）改款车，该车将在近期上市。新车在外观上进行了轻度改款，整体造型看上去更精致，前脸取自锐界，增加了主动启闭进气格栅和六种全新合金轮圈设计，车尾采用新的LED尾灯组。另外，SE和Titanium版本可选装运动套装，可提供三种新的车身涂装。更重要的变化是车厢内采用了新的方向盘，重新配置的中控台提供了两个杯架和升级扶手，由于传统手刹杆被电子手刹所替代，因此中控台底部腾出了更多空间。另外空调出风口进行了改进，内饰也进行了小幅升级。2017款翼虎首次提供了SYNC 3信息娱乐系统，可兼容SYNC Connect app，允许车主遥控启动引擎，上锁/解锁以及显示车辆油耗。该车还提供了最新的安全和辅助驾驶技术，包括自适应巡航控制，升级主动泊车辅助系统，车道保持辅助，驾驶员警示控制。该车动力系统可提供三台引擎，包括1.5升EcoBoost引擎（替代了原来的1.6升引擎），最大功率134千瓦/180马力，扭矩250牛米；另一台2.0升EcoBoost引擎功率183千瓦/245马力，扭矩374牛米。这两台引擎由于采用了自动启停系统，在拥堵的城市道路行驶时，油耗可降低4-6%。另外还有一台2.5升自然进气引擎，功率125千瓦/168马力，扭矩230牛米。

 

2017 Ford Escape unveiled with SYNC 3 and new safety tech

The 2017 Ford Escape facelift has received its premiere today on the dawn of the 2015 Los Angeles Auto Show.

 

It comes with a minor yet effective nip & tuck making the crossover look more refined than its predecessor and as you can see the front fascia takes cues from the Edge. The Blue Oval company has added active grille shutters and six fresh alloy wheel designs while at the back there’s a new look for the LED taillights. Other exterior design novelties include an optional Sport Appearance Package for the SE and Titanium trims along with three body paints: Canyon Ridge, White Gold and Lightning Blue.

 

More important changes have occurred inside where Ford has installed a new steering wheel and a reconfigured center stack that now boasts two cup holders and an improved armrest. They were able to free up some space by replacing the conventional handbrake lever with an electronic parking brake. Also noticeable are the modified air vents and a few minor upgrades to the trim options.

 

The 2017 Ford Escape comes with the SYNC 3 infotainment system incorporating a SYNC Connect app allowing the owner to remotely start the engine, lock/unlock doors, and verify fuel level. The vehicle is packed with the latest safety & assistance technologies, like adaptive cruise control, upgraded active park assist, lane-keeping, and driver alert system.

 

Under the hood resides a 1.5-liter EcoBoost engine (replacing the 1.6) delivering 180 bhp (134 kW) and 185 lb-ft (250 Nm) whereas the revised 2.0-liter EcoBoost is rated at 245 bhp (183 kW) and 275 lb-ft (374 Nm). These two turbocharged engines benefit from an auto start-stop system to cut fuel consumption by 4-6% in busy city traffic. The normally aspirated 2.5-liter engine will carry over with 168 bhp (125 kW) and 170 lb-ft (230 Nm) of torque.

 

The 2017 Ford Escape debuts today at the Los Angeles Auto Show and will go on sale in the near future.
