大发在本届东京车展发布了D-base概念车。车厂利用该车向人们展示了下一代紧凑车型的设计方向。这款掀背车采用双色车身涂装，独特前保险杠，运动侧裙，独特车厢，LED前大灯，与尾门集成扰流器和运动合金轮圈。车厢内同样采用蓝白双色座椅和仪表板。另外还采用了数字仪表群，浮动信息娱乐系统和金属装饰。该车动力系统为一台0.66升三缸汽油引擎，搭配CVT变速器。由于车身采用轻量化材料，同时配备制动能量回收系统，该车百公里油耗仅为3升。

 

Daihatsu D-base concept previews the company's next-generation of compact cars

Daihatsu has unveiled their new D-base concept in Tokyo.

 

Billed as the embodiment of the next-generation of compact cars, the D-base has a two-tone exterior with a unique front bumper, sporty side skirts and a distinctive greenhouse. The hatchback also has LED headlights, a tailgate-mounted spoiler and sporty alloy wheels.

 

The two-tone styling continues in the cabin as blue and white upholstery on the seats and dashboard. There's also a digital instrument cluster, a floating infotainment system and metallic accents.

 

Power is reportedly provided by a 0.66-liter three-cylinder petrol engine that is connected to a continuously variable transmission. Thanks to lightweight materials and the use of a regenerative braking system, the concept consumes just 3 L / 100 km (78.4 mpg US / 94.1 mpg UK).
