大众近日宣布，2016款帕萨特改款车在美国市场起价22440美元（约合人民币16.49万元）。2016款帕萨特入门级车型搭载一台1.8升TSI引擎，功率127千瓦/170马力，扭矩249牛米，搭配前轮驱动和六速自动变速器，高速路油耗38英里/加仑（百公里油耗约合6.19升）。另有一款车型搭载3.6升VR6引擎，功率208千瓦/280马力，扭矩350牛米，搭配六速DSG变速器，但售价提升至36835美元（约合人民币23.4万元）。喜欢车辆更突出运动风格的消费者可选装R-Line套装，它包括改款后散流器，19英寸轮圈和235/40全季节轮胎和黑色车身装饰件，采用该套装后车身更具侵略性，不过1.8TSI R-Line版本售价提升至23975美元（约合人民币15.22万元）。2016款帕萨特采用全新的信息娱乐控制平台MIBII(ModularInfotainmentPlatform,模块化信息娱乐平台),可兼容苹果CarPlay，安卓Auto和MirrorLink。此外，2016款车型还首次配备自动碰撞后制动系统，可自动激活制动系统。

After being revealed almost a month ago, the 2016 Volkswagen Passat facelift is now available in United States from $22,440. 

 

For this money you will be getting the base version fitted with a 1.8 TSI engine producing 170 bhp (127 kW) and 184 lb-ft (249 Nm) of torque sent to the front wheels via a six-speed automatic transmission. In this configuration, the 2016MY Passat returns an EPA-estimated 38 mpg on the highway which is 2 mpg more than the previous model year. Upgrade to the 3.6-liter VR6 engine and VW will reward you with 280 bhp (208 kW), 258 lb-ft (350 Nm) and a six-speed DSG, but in this case the price jumps to $36,835. 

 

Those looking for a sportier appearance can get the optional R-Line package which makes its debut on the US-spec Passat. It increases the starting price of the 1.8 TSI version to $23,975 and adds a more aggressive body, a reworked rear diffuser, 19-inch rims with 235/40 all-season tires and black accents.

 

This new model year brings Volkswagen's second generation modular infotainment platform (MIB) with support for Apple CarPlay, Android Auto and MirrorLink. Automatic Post-Collision Braking System is also making its debut on the 2016 Passat and will automatically apply the brakes after the first collision is detected by the airbag sensors.
