别克近日宣布，计划在今年底向中国市场推出威朗掀背车和威朗GS版本。虽然车厂发布的趣图并未透露什么细节，但车厂表示，掀背车将采用平滑的车身线条，浮动车顶以及“与翼型前大灯无缝连接的前格栅”。该车动力系统为一台1.5升SIDI自然进气引擎，搭配六速手动并可选装六速自动变速器。而威朗GS则采用运动风格，报黑色直瀑格栅，车身装饰条，红色刹车卡钳和五辐合金轮圈及深色涂装。该车搭载一台1.5升SIDI涡轮增压引擎，功率124千瓦/166马力，搭配七速DCG变速器，车辆百公里油耗5.9升。
Buick Verano Hatchback & Verano GS announced
Buick has announced plans to introduce the Verano Hatchback and Verano GS in China later this year.
The teaser image doesn't reveal much but Buick says the hatchback will have flowing bodylines, a floating roofline and a "front grille that is seamlessly connected to wing-shaped headlights."
Power will be provided by a naturally aspirated 1.5-liter SIDI engine which can be connected to either a six-speed manual or an optional six-speed automatic transmission.
The Verano GS, on the other hand, will feature sporty styling including a black waterfall grille, body stripes, red brake calipers and five-spoke alloy wheels with a dark-painted finish.
It will be connected to a seven-speed DCG transmission which will enable the model to return 5.9 L/100 km (39.8 mpg US / 47.8 mpg UK).
