Cadillac XT5 to debut in Dubai in November

Cadillac has announced plans to introduce the new XT5 crossover at the Dubai Motor Show in November.

 

Set to replace the aging SRX, the XT5 will feature a bold front fascia which a massive grille, slender headlights and vertical daytime running lights. The crossover will also have a sloping roof, a tailgate-mounted spoiler and distinctive taillights.

 

Cadillac has been tight-lipped about specifications but the model is expected to ride on the new C1XX / Chi platform and feature a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder that develops approximately 265 bhp (198 kW). The model could also be offered with a naturally-aspirated 3.6-liter V6 that produces about 335 bhp (250 kW).
