欧宝将于2017年发布第二代Insignia。该车外观设计将深受Monza概念车影响，只不过不像概念车那般前卫。新车将采用更倾斜的车顶线条，侧面轮廓更像四门轿跑车而非掀背车。新车的车身尺寸也将比老款车略大，轴距增加10厘米，后排腿部空间更宽敞。新车将只有掀背车和旅行车，另外车重也将降低130公斤以提升燃油经济性。预计车厢内将采用更大数字仪表群和抬头显示器并将搭载升级后的动力系统。该车将在2017年法兰克福车重发布。

 

Lighter next-gen Opel Insignia to debut in 2017

The second generation Opel Insignia will reportedly make its world premiere in 2017.

 

Car reports the vehicle will be heavily influenced by the Monza concept in terms of design, although it will be less dramatic in its appearance. The new Insignia will feature a sloped roofline and will be more like a four-door coupe rather than a big hatch.

 

Speaking of sizes, the car will be slightly bigger than the current model with 10 cm stretched wheelbase. Thanks to this, the rear legroom will be considerably larger. Our source also says the vehicle will be offered only as a hatch and an estate. What's more, the machine will be up to 130 kg (287 lbs) lighter than its predecessor, ensuring a better fuel consumption.

 

Technical details are limited by the moment, but the car is expected to gain a large digital instrument display and a head-up display in the cabin, as well as new and updated engines.

 

If rumors turn out to be true, the 2017 Insignia will be revealed during the 2017 IAA in Frankfurt.
