第四代起亚狮跑内外装无伪装谍照近日曝光，该车将在下月开幕的法兰克福车展首次亮相，不过不排除起亚在8月底提前发布该车的可能性。从谍照看，新一代车型比老款车更突出运动风格。它的车头采用更低的虎鼻格栅，铝制车顶护板，改形前大灯内部集成了LED冰立方日间行驶灯，不过很可能只有高端版本才有这项配置。至于内装，起亚表示，2016款车型将是“迄今最精致的高质量内装”，它的某些设计元素将取自更高端的索兰托和新款Optima中级轿车。由于该车与途胜共享平台，因此预计将搭载135马力1.6升自然进气和129千瓦/176马力涡轮增压版本。至于柴油引擎，则包括85千瓦/115马力1.7升CRDi和136/184马力2.0升引擎。前轮驱动仍为标配，而全轮驱动则为选装件，搭配六速手动/自动并可选装七速双离合器变速箱。

 

2016 Kia Sportage spied without any camouflage

The fourth generation Kia Sportage has been caught on camera without any sort of disguise. 

 

We only get to see the rear end and side profile which both look significantly sportier compared to the outgoing model while from yesterday's teaser we learned the front end will also be a major departure compared to the outgoing model and is set to employ a lower tiger nose grille, aluminum underbody protection and reshaped headlights incorporating LED ice cube daytime running lights which will likely be available only on the upper-spec versions.

 

As for the interior, Kia promises the 2016 Sportage will have the "most refined high-quality cabin yet" and will blend parts from the bigger Sorento with those from the new Optima mid-size sedan. 

 

Since it will share its platform with the Tucson, expect the new Sportage to come with several engines, including a 135 PS 1.6-liter normally aspirated unit also available in a turbo version with 176 PS (129 kW). On the diesel side there will be a 1.7-liter CRDi with 115 PS (85 kW) along with a bigger 2.0-liter available with 136 PS & 184 PS. FWD will be standard but at an addition cost clients will be able to specify the compact crossover with an optional AWD setup. Gearbox choices will be limited to a six-speed manual, six-speed automatic and an optional seven-speed dual-clutch automatic.

 

Taking into account a public debut is set for September 15 at IAA, don't be too surprised if Kia will show us the new Sportage before the end of this month especially since they don't even bother camouflaging their prototypes anymore.
