福特近日在印度发售了Figo Aspire紧凑型轿车，一年多以前，福特曾发布该车概念版车型。这款小巧的紧凑车型长度为3995毫米，宽1695毫米，高1525毫米，轴距2491毫米，行李箱容积359立升，竞争车主要是铃木Dzire。该车标配六气囊，ABS（带EBD），车厢内配备SYNC信息娱乐系统，同时提供福特MyKey，真皮内饰，ESP（带起步辅助功能）。可提供六种车身颜色，Ambiente, Trend, Titanium和Titanium+等不同内外套装。该车可提供三种动力系统，包括1.2升Ti-VCT，功率88马力，扭矩112牛米；1.5升TDCi，功率100马力，扭矩215牛米；1.5升Ti-VCT，功率112马力，扭矩136牛米，前两台引擎标配五速手动变速器，第三台引擎搭配六速自动变速器。Figo Aspire将在福特古杰拉特邦工厂组装。

 

Ford Figo Aspire subcompact sedan launched in India

Introduced more than a year ago in conceptual form, Ford's Figo Aspire small sedan has gone on sale in India.

 

The cute subcompact model is 3995 mm long, 1695 mm wide and 1525 mm tall, with a 2,491 mm wheelbase and a spacious 359-liter trunk capacity. It aims to compete directly with Maruti Suzuki's Dzire and will be available with three engines: 1.2-liter Ti-VCT rated at 88 PS & 112 Nm, 1.5-liter TDCi with 100 PS & 215 Nm and a 1.5-liter Ti-VCT engine producing 112 PS & 136 Nm. The first two engines work with a 5-speed manual while the third one is teamed up with a 6-speed automatic 'box.

 

It is bound to show up in Ford India's dealerships next month or so and it will be available with six airbags, ABS (with EBD) and the company's SYNC infotainment system while Ford MyKey, leather upholstery and ESP (with Launch Assist) are also part of the package. Keep in mind that some of these goodies cost extra, just like the automatic climate control system available on the upper-spec versions.

 

The Figo Aspire will be assembled at Ford's newly established factory in Gujarat, India and will be sold with six body color options along with Ambiente, Trend, Titanium and Titanium+ trim levels.
