DS planning to launch a range-topping model in 2018
DS is reporting working on a new range-topping model that will be launched in 2018.
According to a source who spoke to Automotive News Europe, the car will likely be called the DS8 and feature styling cues from the original 1955 DS sedan as well as more recent entries such as the Numero 9 and Divine DS concepts.
Little else is known about the model but it will reportedly ride on the EMP2 platform and be positioned to compete with the Audi A6. The model will likely be launched in China before eventually coming to Europe.
