Peugeot better hire some plumbers as the 2016 308 GTI has leaked for the second time today.

 

The latest leak comes courtesy of Auto Express which accidentally posted pictures of the car ahead of time. As a result, we can see the model closely echoes the 308 GT but adopts mesh grille inserts and a sportier rear bumper with an integrated diffuser and two round exhaust tips.

The sporty styling continues in the cabin as there's a flat-bottomed steering wheel, leather and Alcantara sport seats and gloss black trim. Other touches include red contrast stitching and a two-tone gear knob.

 

As we reported earlier today, the 308 GTI will be powered by a turbocharged 1.6-liter four-cylinder engine that has outputs of 250 PS (184 kW) and 330 Nm (244 lb-ft) of torque as well as 270 PS (199 kW) and 330 Nm (244 lb-ft) of torque.
