Volkswagen Passat Alltrack goes up for order

The 2015 Volkswagen Passat Alltrack has gone up for order in Germany, following its debut at the Geneva Motor Show earlier this year.

 

Priced from €38,550, the Passat Alltrack features a rugged exterior with plastic body cladding, silver accents and skid plates. The model also has an additional 27.5mm of ground clearance as well as unique 17-inch alloy wheels.

 

The interior largely carries over and can be equipped with an assortment of high-tech options including a digital instrument cluster, a heads-up display, a rear seat entertainment system and GPS navigation.

 

Under the hood, there's a variety of engines including a 2.0-liter TSI with 220 PS (161 kW) and a 2.0-liter TDI with outputs of 150 PS (110 kW), 190 PS (139 kW) and 240 PS (176 kW). They are backed by a 4Motion all-wheel drive system and an Electronic Differential Lock.
