Fiat 124 Spider to be unveiled later this year
According to a recent report, Fiat will unveil their version of the Mazda MX-5 later this year.
Citing "industry sources," Edmunds is reporting the Fiat 124 Spider will be unveiled at either the Frankfurt or Los Angeles Auto Show. Following its debut, the model will go on sale in 2016.
Little is known about the car but it will be based on the Mazda MX-5 and feature unique styling. Reports have also indicated the model will use a Fiat-sourced 1.4-liter four-cylinder engine.
