本田近日宣布,2016款Pilot搭载的3.5升V6引擎功率将达到208千瓦/280马力。在今年芝加哥车展亮相的2016款Pilot是该车的第三代车型，新车将搭载3.5升V6引擎，功率达到208千瓦/280马力@6000转/分，扭矩355牛米@4700转/分。这台i-VTEC直喷引擎采用了停缸技术，可搭配六速和九速自动变速器，后者还配备了线控换挡拨片。2016款Pilot还配备了智能牵引力管理系统，驾驶员通过一个旋钮就可以选择不同的运行模式。全驱版本还提供了正常、泥泞路面、沙地和雪地四种模式，而前驱版本提供了正常和雪地模式。根据不同的模式，系统可调整换挡过程，线控过程，车辆稳定辅助和扭矩分配。此外，新车重量降低了136公斤。第三代本田Pilot将于今年夏季上市。

 

2016 Honda Pilot 3.5-liter V6 engine rated at 280 bhp

Honda has announced the 2016 Pilot's 3.5-liter V6 engine is capable of developing 280 bhp (208 kW).

 

Unveiled back in February at the Chicago Auto Show, the third generation Honda Pilot will be available with a 3.5-liter V6 engine which now we have learned will produce 280 bhp (208 kW) at 6,000 rpm and 262 lb-ft (355 Nm) of torque at 4,700 rpm. The direct-injected i-VTEC engine benefits from cylinder deactivation technology and can be paired to six- and nine-speed automatic transmissions, with the latter featuring shift-by-wire with paddle shifters.

 

The 2016 Honda Pilot also benefits from an Intelligent Traction Management System controllable via a button from where the driver will be able to switch between various operating modes. AWD-equipped models come with Normal, Mud, Sand and Snow modes while FWD versions have Normal and Snow. Depending on selected mode, the system will adjust the transmission shift map, drive-by wire map, Vehicle Stability Assist and torque distribution for the AWD variants.

 

Almost 300 lbs (136 kg) lighter than its predecessor, the third-gen Pilot mid-size SUV is programmed to go on sale this summer.
