SsangYong has announced the 2015 Tivoli will be priced from ￡12,950 in the United Kingdom.

 

Set to go on sale this summer, the entry-level compact crossover features an edgy exterior with LED daytime running lights and 16-inch alloy wheels. The model also has air conditioning, cruise control and Bluetooth connectivity.

 

Moving up to the ￡14,600 EX variant adds fog lights and 18-inch alloy wheels. The model also gains heated leather front seats, dual-zone climate control, a rearview camera and an infotainment system with a seven-inch display.

 

Last but not least, the range-topping ELX starts at ￡16,000 and has automatic headlights, privacy glass, rain sensing wipers and a rear spoiler. Other highlights include front / rear parking sensors, a remote starting system and GPS navigation.

 

Under the hood, two four-cylinder engines are available. The 1.6-liter petrol produces 128 PS (94 kW) and 160 Nm (118 Nm) of torque, while the 1.6-liter diesel develops 115 PS (84 kW) and 300 Nm (221 lb-ft) of torque. They can be connected to a six-speed manual or automatic transmission. Front-wheel drive is standard but all-wheel drive is optional on diesel-powered variants.
