雪佛兰近日公布了第六代款科迈罗细节。该车采用Alpha平台，新车只有车标，尾灯和SS标志与老款车一样，其他部件都是全新的。事实上，新车有超过70%部件，包括车身，前后悬挂和内装，都是全新的。这款车的前部结构是专门为科迈罗开发的，车头比老款车更长，更宽。雪佛兰表示，该车搭载的6.2升V8引擎有20%的部件都进行了改进以便能适应新的车身，同时该车还配备了3Y形管状排气歧管。
Chevrolet details 2016 Camaro; 70% of the parts are all-new
Chevrolet has released additional details concerning the upcoming sixth generation Camaro.
Riding on the Alpha platform, the newly developed Camaro will carry over only the bowtie emblem, tail lamp panel and the SS badge from the outgoing model while all the other components are different. As a matter of fact, more than 70 percent of the parts are unique to the sixth-gen Camaro, including the car’s body, front & rear suspension and interior cabin.
The front structure has been developed specifically for the new Camaro and is longer and wider than before. Chevrolet says 20% of the 6.2-liter V8 engine has been tailored to fit the model’s new packaging and will boast tubular “tri-Y”-style exhaust manifolds.
