2015 Suzuki Vitara priced from ￡13,999 in UK

Following a public debut last October in Paris, the 2015 Suzuki Vitara has arrived in United Kingdom with a starting price of ￡13,999.

 

The five-door crossover comes as standard with a front-wheel drive layout but for more money clients can opt for Suzuki’s ALLGRIP four-wheel drive setup.

 

The 2015 Vitara (UK-spec) can be had with a 1.6-liter gasoline engine developing 120 HP (88 kW) at 6,000 rpm and 156 Nm (115 lb-ft) at 4,400 rpm or with a 1.6-liter diesel rated at 120 HP (88 kW) at 3,750 rpm and 320 Nm (236 lb-ft) at 1,750 rpm. These engines can be coupled to either a five-speed manual or a six-speed automatic.

 

The base SZ4 model comes as standard with seven airbags, 16-inch alloys, DAB radio, USB & Bluetooth connectivity, cruise control (with speed limiter) as well as projector headlamps, automatic AC and front & rear electric windows. Upgrade to SZ-T (from ￡15,499) and you also get rear privacy glass, Smartphone link audio and navigation system along with larger 17-inch wheels.

 

The Vitara SZ5 (from ￡19,499) benefits from keyless entry with start button, suede seat fabric, panoramic sunroof, radar brake support, adaptive cruise control, LED projector headlights and 17-inch polished alloys.
