2016 Acura ILX pricing announced
Acura has announced the 2016 ILX will be priced from $27,900 in the United States.
Currently on sale, the entry-level variant features Jewel Eye LED headlights, a moonroof and 17-inch aluminum alloy wheels.
The cabin comes nicely equipped with leatherette sport seats, a dual-zone automatic climate control system and a six-speaker audio system with USB/Bluetooth/AUX connectivity. Other notable highlights include heated front seats, an eight-way power driver's seat and contrast stitching.
If that's not luxurious enough, there's a premium package that adds perforated leather sport seats, a premium audio system and a power passenger seat. The package also adds an auto dimming rearview mirror, HomeLink and a 7-inch On Demand Multi-Use Display - among other things.
Buyers looking for something sportier can opt for the ILX A-Spec which starts at $31,890. It features fog lights, a rear spoiler and 18-inch aluminum wheels. The model also has aluminum pedals, a black headliner and sport seats with lux-suede inserts
Power is provided by a 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine that develops 201 bhp (150 kW) and 180 lb-ft (243 Nm) of torque. It is connected to a new eight-speed dual clutch transmission which enables the model to return 25 mpg city / 36 mpg highway / 29 mpg combined.
