下一代沃尔沃XC60合成图曝光,新车将于2016年上市。新一代XC60将与XC90共享SPA（Scalable Product Architecture)平台。从合成图看，新车造型风格也深受XC90旗舰级SUV影响。不过，沃尔沃表示，下一代XC60将更突出运动风格，而XC90则更突出豪华性。此外，车厂还考虑推出XC60 Polestar高性能版本。在2020年之前，沃尔沃还将推出一款定位在XC60之下的小型跨界车，该车或许将被命名为XC40.这款车将采用与母公司吉利共同开发的CMA（Compact Modular Architecture）平台。

 

Volvo XC60 render shows what to expect from the upcoming second generation

The next generation Volvo XC60 has been speculatively rendered ahead of a probable 2016 market launch.

 

A brand new XC60 should be out in 2016 riding on the same Scalable Product Architecture (SPA) as its bigger brother, the XC90. Seen here is a speculative render of the XC60 with strong influences from the company's flagship SUV but Volvo has already specified the new XC60 will look sportier than the XC90 which has obviously been developed as a more luxurious model.

 

A Polestar variant of the XC60 is also being considered and if green-lighted it will likely debut on the second generation model.

 

Before the end of the decade, Volvo will launch a smaller crossover slotted below the XC60 and it will probably be sold as the XC40. The model in question will ride on the new Compact Modular Architecture (CMA) co-developed with parent company Geely.
