Range Rover Evoque facelift spied, could be introduced later this year

The Range Rover Evoque was introduced over four years, so it comes as little surprise that the company is working on a facelifted variant.

 

Recently caught by our spy photographers, the facelifted model has a new front bumper with a larger lower air intake. Additional changes are limited but we wouldn't be surprised if the production model has a number of other styling tweaks.

 

Bigger changes will occur under the hood as the model is expected to feature an assortment of new four-cylinder Ingenium engines. Nothing is official but choices could include a turbocharged 2.0-liter petrol with outputs of 200 PS (147 kW) and 280 Nm (206 lb-ft) of torque as well as 240 PS (176 kW) and 340 Nm (251 lb-ft) of torque. There could also be a 2.0-liter diesel with outputs of 163 PS (120 kW) and 380 Nm (280 lb-ft) of torque as well as 180 PS (132 kW) and 430 Nm (317 lb-ft) of torque.
