据德国媒体报道,奔驰CLA Shooting Brake将于明年1月15日开始销售，随后于3月1日开始交付，由此判断，该车将在此前开幕的北美车展正式亮相（车展新车发布日为1月12和13日）。CLA Shooting Brake是A级家族中车继掀背车、CLA轿车和GLA跨界车之后第四个成员，因此该车动力系统与其他车型共享。而AMG版本同样搭载那台2.0升四缸涡轮增压引擎，功率265千瓦/360马力，扭矩450牛米。不过该车将在标准版上市几个月后发布。作为Shooting Brake车型，该车基本上就是车顶线条进一步向下倾斜的A级旅行车。它的侧面轮廓顺滑，后门更长，行李箱空间更大，A级掀背车行李箱容积为340立升，轿车为470立升，而CLA Shooting Brake为500立升。不过，为了获得优雅的造型，行李箱狭窄的开口可能会一部分消费者不选择这款车。预计该车售价将略高于CLA四门轿跑车，后者在德国起价29214欧元（约合人民币23.75万元），在美国起价29900美元（约合人民币18.41万元）。
Mercedes-Benz CLA Shooting Brake on sale January 15, deliveries start March 1
German media is reporting the Mercedes-Benz CLA Shooting Brake will go on sale starting January 15, 2015.
Mercedes-Benz announced recently the CLA Shooting Brake will be launched in 2015 but they didn't specify an exact date. Now, a German blog says order books will be opened on January 15 and deliveries will kick off on March 1. Judging by these two dates, the model will likely be officially unveiled at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit which will begin with the press preview on January 12 and 13.
The most practical A-Class is going to be the fourth member of the range after the hatchback, CLA sedan and GLA crossover and will likely carry over the engine lineup. It will be topped by an AMG derivative set to use the same 2.0-liter four-cylinder turbo rated at 360 PS (265 kW) and 450 Nm (332 lb-ft). Expect the AMG model to come out several months later after the regular CLA Shooting Brake's introduction.
Essentially an A-Class wagon with a sloping roofline, the CLA Shooting Brake will adopt a sleek appearance with longer rear doors and a more spacious trunk compared to the hatchback (340 liters) and sedan (470 liters) so the capacity should hit the 500-liter mark. However, the narrow opening commanded by the elegant mini CLS design will be a turnoff for some people.
The Mercedes-Benz CLA Shooting Brake will cost a bit more than the equivalent CLA "four-door coupe" which in Germany kicks off at 29,214 EUR while in United States begins at 29,900 USD.
