
据英国媒体报道,大众正在开发一款更大的四座版XL1。超省油的XL1即将增加一款四座版车型,预计该车与双座版同样维持百公里油耗0.9升,每公里二氧化碳21克的水平。标准版在纯电动模式下最长可行驶50公里,整体续航里程为499公里。XL1标准版重量仅为795公斤,而可能被命名为XL2的四座版由于增加了后排两个后门,车身进一步延长并增加后排两个桶形座椅以及体积增大的电池,重量预计将增加140公斤。据传后门将采用向后开启的后铰链式,而XL1搭载的48马力800毫升双缸柴油引擎和27马力电机功率也将获得提升以应对额外增加的车重。预计新车性能与X1差不多,XL2百公里加速时间12.7秒,经过电子限速后的最高时速为162公里。XL2将于明年发布,大众希望利用这款车与丰田Mirai燃料电池车竞争。X1在德国售价达到11万欧元(约合人民币90.4万元),XL2售价只会更高。
Volkswagen plotting four-seat XL1
British media is reporting Volkswagen is currently working on a larger four-seat version of the XL1.
The ultra-frugal XL1 will soon get a four-seat brother that is expected to feature just about the same amazing fuel consumption number of 0.9 liters / 100 km (261 mpg US or 313 mpg UK) with CO2 emissions of 21 g/km. We remind you the Volkswagen XL1 has an all-electric range of 31 miles (50 km) and an overall range of 310 miles (499 km).
While the XL1 tips the scales at 795 kg (1,752 lbs), the four-seater likely to be called "XL2" will be approximately 140 kg heavier due to the added rear doors, extended center cell, two rear bucket seats and a slightly bigger battery.
The rear doors are rumored to be rear hinged while the XL1's 48 PS two-cylinder 800cc diesel engine will likely get a bump in power. The 27 PS electric motor will probably receive the same treatment to compensate the additional weight. Performance figures should be in the same region as those of the XL1 so expect the XL2 to cover the 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) run in 12.7 seconds before hitting an electronically-limited top speed of 100 mph (162 km/h).
The XL2 could come out next year as it is believed Volkswagen wants the model to go up against the fuel cell Toyota Mirai.It won't be cheap taking into account the XL1 costs a whopping 110,000 EUR in Germany so the XL2 will be even more expensive.
