最近有人拍到一辆右舵版福特SUV正在进行冬季气候测试，该车将于今年下半年正式发布。据消息人士透露，福特正准备推出一款基于Ranger皮卡的SUV，它的很多设计都与这款皮卡一脉相承，同时也受到锐界SUV影响。这辆原型车采用很多白色伪装以掩盖其造型风格，这款车很可能是一辆低端版本，因此未来的量产版预计会更漂亮，特别是高端版本。在去年8月，福特曾利用在澳大利亚设计的Everest概念车向人们预先展示了该车的设计。当时福特表示，这款车“将为SUV树立一个新标杆”，同时该车还将具备优异的越野性能和粗犷风格。福特计划将该车推向全球市场，该车可能会在今年下半年发布。

 

Ford Ranger-based SUV spied winter testing ahead of this year's launch

A right-hand drive prototype of a Ford SUV was spied undergoing winter testing ahead of what will be an official launch in the second half of the year.

 

The Blue Oval company is preparing an SUV and according to our sources it will be based on the Ranger pickup from where it will carry a lot of the design which could also be influenced by the Edge concept. The prototype spotted here wears a lot of white camo to hide most of the styling and it's likely a low-end version so we believe the final product will look a lot better, especially in higher-spec variants.

 

It should be noted Ford has previewed this model in August 2013 with the Everest concept created in Australia and at that point they said the car will "set a new benchmark among SUVs" while at the same time delivering great "off-road capability and toughness."

 

Ford is planning to sell the new SUV all over the world and they will probably unveil it in the second half of 2014.
