2015 Volkswagen Jetta facelift to debut in New York

The Volkswagen Jetta and Passat are starting to show their age so it comes as little surprise they will soon be getting a facelift.

 

According to Automotive News, the 2015 Jetta will debut at the New York Auto Show while the facelifted Passat will be introduced sometime next year. The publication goes on to say the company is also considering a production version of the Passat BlueMotion concept which debuted at the North American International Auto Show earlier this year.

 

The models will eventually be joined by the Golf SportWagen, a seven-seat crossover and the redesigned Tiguan. Speaking of the latter model, Volkswagen of America CEO Michael Horn said its design is "quite finished" and it's a "great looking Tiguan." That's a little vague but the executive described the crossover as an evolution of the current model.
