入门级的吉普Jeepster已经临近量产,而最近谍照记者在北欧拍到了正在进行寒冷气候测试的车型。该车采用了菲亚特500L的车身，不过这辆原型车的轴距进一步延长，车头格栅采用七条竖杠。另外还可以看到它的行驶高度进一步增加，这可以确保车辆的通过性进一步提升。该车动力系统选择目前仍不能确认，但据猜测将搭载一系列菲亚特提供的引擎，包括0.9升TwinAir Turbo，最大功率74千瓦/105马力；1.4升MultiAir Turbo，最大功率119千瓦/160马力以及1.6升MultiJet II涡轮柴油引擎，最大功率74千瓦/105马力。Jeepster将在3月的日内瓦车展发布，随后将于秋季上市。

 

2015 Jeep Jeepster spied undergoing cold weather testing

The entry-level Jeep Jeepster is inching closer to production as our spies have caught the model undergoing cold weather testing in Northern Europe.

 

Snapped wearing a Fiat 500L body, the prototype has an extended wheelbase and a seven slot grille. We can also see an increased ride height which should ensure it can handle more than the mall parking lot.

 

Engine options remain unconfirmed but speculation suggests there will be a variety of Fiat-sourced options including a 0.9-liter TwinAir Turbo with 105 HP (74 kW), a 1.4-liter MultiAir Turbo with 160 HP (119 kW) and a 1.6-liter MultiJet II turbodiesel with 105 HP (74 kW).

 

The Jeepster could be introduced at the Geneva Motor Show before going on sale this fall.
