Proton Savvy replacement spied in northern Sweden

Proton's all-new Global Small Car (GSC) has been spied undergoing winter testing in northern Sweden.

 

The newly developed B-Segment model will most likely serve as a replacement for the Savvy and is expected to come out in the first half of the year. Our sources have informed us the prototype was being tested by Continental to evaluate the electronic stability program (ESP) which will be very important for the car taking into account Proton wants this to be a global model.

 

The Malaysian-based automaker could decide to show its new five-door hatchback offering as early as March at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show. The moniker of the car has already been selected through a "Nama Siapa Hebat" naming contest and the winner will be announced very soon.
