宝沃汽车在2017年3月推出了全新车型BX5，加上2016年推出的旗舰车型BX7，宝沃汽车目前已覆盖了紧凑SUV和中型SUV市场。近日，宝沃内部人士透露，BX3将于2018年的北京车展上正式发布亮相。新车定位小型SUV，上市后将与奥迪Q2进入同一细分市场展开竞争。目前，宝沃汽车密云工厂已引入了宝沃BSP-T（中型平台）和BSP-S（小型平台）两个模块化架构，而BX3将基于小型平台打造，车身长度预计在4-4.6米之间。由该模块化平台打造的新车，可以搭载多种动力系统，其中包括宝沃G系列发动机、D系列发动机以及新能源系列。宝沃BX3预计搭载1.4T涡轮增压发动机，可实现最大功率110千瓦、峰值扭矩250牛米的动力输出。这台全新发动机采用缸内直喷技术和进排气双连续可变气门正时技术，轻量化的小叶轮可以有效的减少涡轮迟滞现象。宝沃BX3定位于小型SUV，依旧采用宝沃家族式的设计风格，直瀑式的进气格栅搭配带透镜的卤素大灯，加上发动机舱盖上鼓起的线条，使得新车前脸造型较为饱满。奥迪全新小型SUV Q2的国产车型将在2018年正式上市，而BX3上市后将与奥迪Q2进入同一细分市场展开竞争。

Borgward BX3 will make debut at Beijing Auto Show to compete with Audi Q2

Currently, the products of Borgward Auto has covered compact SUV and middle-size SUV market with newly-launched BX5 and flagship model BX7, which was launched in 2016. Recently, it’s learned that BX3 will make debut at 2018 Beijing Auto Show. The new model is positioned at small-size SUV and will compete with Audi Q2.

Currently, Borgward Auto Miyun factory has introduced two modular structures including middle-size platform Borgward BSP-T and small-size platform BSP-S. BX3 model will be made on small-size platform with an estimated body length between 4 to 4.6 meters. Models based on the platform will be equipped with different power systems including Borgward G-series engines, D-series engines and new energy series.

Borgward BX3 is estimated to equip with 1.4T turbo-charged engine with a maximum power of 110KW and peak torque of 250NM. The new engine adopts FSI and DVVT technologies, and light-weighted small impeller will effectively decrease turbo lags.

Positioned at small-size SUV model, Borgward BX3 continues the Borgward family-style design, in which waterfall-type air-inlet grille matching with halogen lamps with lens and bumping lines on engine bonnets show a plump front face image. BX3 will compete with locally produced Audi new SUV Q2, which will be launched in 2018.
