五菱旗下首款SUV车型，宏光S3正式上市，新车共推出五款车型，搭载1.5L和1.5T发动机，售价区间为5.68-8.18万元，依据五菱汽车在三四线城市的统治地位，加上SUV市场的火爆，宏光S3又将成为爆款。外观上，运用了最新的设计风格，前脸看上去还是那种比较简洁好看的类型，大灯非常犀利，中网非常立体，冲击力十足。内饰上，一眼看上去就是五菱的家族式设计，采用双色内饰的设计，凸显档次与品味。该车还提供了一些高科技装备，包括11寸全液晶仪表盘，中控台8英寸的悬浮屏幕，后排空调、倒车影像、电动天窗、胎压监测等等一系列国人最喜欢的配置。动力方面，一共有两种动力配置，分别为1.5L和1.5T两种不同排量的发动机，其中1.5L发动机的最大功率为112马力；1.5T发动机的最大功率为120马力，传动系统方面两种发动机匹配的都是六速手动变速箱。五菱宏光S3定位在三四线城市 四五线城市，该车7座位的布局可以很好的满足消费者需求。

Wuling’s first SUV released with price of RMB 50,000
Wuling's first SUV, the Hong Guang S3 hit the market recently. Powered by 1.5L or 1.5T engine, the new model offers five variants with price range between RMB 56,800 and RMB 81,800. The Hong Guang S3 is expected to be another hot SUV based on Wuling's ruling position in third- and fourth-tier cities.

Adopting the latest design language, the new model features a simple and appealing front end characterized by a three-dimensional intake grille and sharp headlights. It also features simple and neat side and back lines, making the model very suitable for family use.

Though retaining Wuling's iconic interior design, the new model still have some detail changes. With two-colored interior, the S3 looks premium and graceful. It also boasts a wide variety of high-tech configurations, such as an 11-inch all-LCD instrument panel, an 8-inch floating screen, a rear air conditioner, a rear view camera, an electric sunroof and a tire pressure monitoring system, etc.

The Hong Guang S3 is available with two different variant engines, namely the 1.5L and the1.5T. The 1.5L engine delivers a maximum power output of 112hp and the 1.5T delivers a maximum power output of 120hp. The two engines are both mated with a 6 MT. Targeting the consumers in third– and fourth-tier cities, the Wuling Hong Guang S3 meets the consumer demands with seven-seater arrangement.
