谍照记者最近拍到了正在公开路面测试的凯迪拉克CT6升级版车型。这是记者第二次看到这辆原型车进行测试，但这次首次拍到了包括更大格栅在内的新的车身元素。车头可见凯雷德风格的格栅，而中级的保险杠将格栅分为上下两部分。前大灯绝大部分被遮盖，但在大灯下面可以看到五个LED灯泡，这是在现行版基础上的进一步升级。前大灯整体造型更顺滑，而且进一步向车鼻方向延伸。车身侧面轮廓基本未变，同时车尾的双排气尾管也与现行版一样。虽然不清楚新一代CT6搭载何种动力系统，但现行版搭载的是2.0升插电混动，入门级搭载的是3.6升V6，另外还有动力更强的3.0升V6双涡轮引擎，功率301千瓦/404马力。据传新车可能会采用全新引擎，包括增加新的涡轮增压引擎以及取自考维特的6.2升V8引擎。据传新车将在明年初的北美车展发布。
2019 Cadillac CT6 Prototype Shows Off Escala-Inspired Design Cues
New spy photos show the updated CT6 out and about testing on public roads. It’s just the second time that we’ve seen the prototype testing, but the first time with exposed design elements like the newer, larger grille.
Up front, the Escala-inspired grille is the focal point, accented by a smaller grille towards the bottom of the bumper. The headlights are mostly covered up, but five, vertically oriented LED bulbs can be seen directly underneath, which appear to be updated slightly over the current design. Overall the headlights well get sleeker, and stretch out further onto the nose.
The overall profile goes mostly unchanged, and at the rear, the same dual exhaust setup found on the current model can be seen. Though it’s unclear what kind of powertrain the next-gen CT6 will wield, the current model comes with either a 2.0-liter plugin hybrid option, a base 3.6-liter V6, or a more powerful 3.0-liter biturbo developing 404 horsepower (301 kilowatts). Rumor has it that the new CT6 could see everything from an additional biturbo unit to the 6.2-liter V8 off the Corvette.
Rumor has it that the CT6 will likely make its debut at next year’s Detroit Auto Show.
