沃尔沃近日推出了S90轿车和V90旅行车的R-Design版本。不仅车辆底盘调校得更具动感，而且可提供动态性能更优异，路感更清晰的驾驶体验。这两款车的外观也由于增加了车身组件而变得更突出运动风格。包括与前扰流器集成一起的雾灯和略微不同的格栅。车辆前后部分都采用了黑色钢琴漆装饰，新的五辐钻石切割轮圈采用哑光黑色涂装。车厢内采用新的内饰和不同的踏板，运动座椅，专属方向盘，新的地毯，发光套装。沃尔沃已经开始接受S90和V90 R-Design版本订单。虽然目前还没有公布价格，但先前发布的XC90 R-Design版本中，T5 FWD XC90售价增加5400美元，T6 AWD XC90售价增加4000美元，而T8 Twin Engine XC90增加1900美元。

Volvo makes S90, V90 even more desirable with R-Design edition

Volvo introduced the R-Design package for the XC90 more than a year ago and now time has come for the other two SPA-based models to receive the same treatment. The S90 sedan and V90 wagon are available on order starting today with an optional “performance-inspired” R-Design kit which brings a sportier chassis setup to enable both midsize models provide an “energetic, road-hugging drive.”

 

The Volvo duo also gets a sportier yet subtle body kit with the fog lights integrated in the front spoiler and a slightly different appearance for the grille. Piano black trim adorns both the front and rear while rounding off the exterior tweaks are the fresh five-spoke diamond-cut wheels featuring a matte black appearance.

 

Stepping inside the cabin, the Volvo S90 andV90 in R-Design configuration benefit from new deco trim and different pedals. The cars also receive sporty contour seats and an exclusive steering wheel along with new floor mats and an illumination package created specifically for this version.

 

Volvo is already taking orders for the S90 and V90 in the sportier R-Design flavor. There’s no word about how much it costs, but to get an idea about what to expect, we should mention for the T5 FWD XC90 it’s an extra $5,400. In the T6 AWD XC90 it cost $4,000 more than the standard version while for the beefier T8 Twin Engine XC90 model the Swedes are asking an additional $1,900.
