6月22日下午，吉利宣布已经与独立投资人签署协议，销售知豆电动车。知豆是一个电动车品牌，由吉利和新大洋集团共同投资开发。据介绍，浙江吉润和上海华普拥有宁海知豆注册资本的45%。去年上市的D2产品受到市场良好反应。宁海知豆成立于2015年，主要负责研发和生产电动车。

 

Geely will sell Know Beans electric cars, and domestic listed companies may purchase it

On the afternoon of June 22th, Geely released announcement that, the group has assigned an agreement with an independent investor to sell the holding shares of Know Beans car.

 

Know Bean is an electric car brand, co-invested by China Xindayang Group and Geely. According to introduction, Zhejiang Jirun and Shanghai Huapu hold 45% of the registered capital of Ninghai Know Beans. D2 product, which was launched into market at last year, receives a good market respond.

 

Ninghai Know Beans was established in 2015 in China, mainly engaging in the R&D, and manufacturing of electric cars.
