斯巴鲁正在对全新2017款翼豹掀背车进行最终阶段测试，该车将在未来几个月内发布。最近谍照记者在美国拍到了正在测试的原型车，当时该车进行了重度伪装以掩盖明显更为锐利的车身设计。2017款翼豹掀背车和轿车将采用新开发的斯巴鲁全球平台（Subaru Global Platform），预计该车将比老款车略大，不过由于采用全新结构，因此车重还将进一步降低。此外，新款翼豹还将搭载新的系列引擎，新引擎很可能顺应目前的小排量潮流以提升燃油经济性。与引擎搭配的是六速手动变速器，某些车型可选装CVT变速器。现在还不清楚新车发布的具体时间，不过既然是2017款车型，那么预计将在未来几个月发布，随后将于秋季上市。

 

2017 Subaru Impreza hatchback spied during final testing

Subaru is conducting final testing procedures for the all-new 2017 Impreza hatchback which will be officially revealed in the coming months.

 

Spotted stretching out in United States, the prototype was wearing an extensive amount of body-colored camouflage to hide what appears to be a significantly sharper design. The 2017 Impreza hatchback and sedan will sit on the newly developed Subaru Global Platform and we expect the models to be a tad bigger than the outgoing cars. That won’t have a negative impact on weight as the new architecture will likely come with a weight loss.

 

In addition, the upcoming Impreza will be powered by a new family of engines which will likely embrace the downsizing trend in a bid to become more efficient. These units will be paired to a six-speed manual gearbox and an optional continuously variable transmission that could go through some changes for the new models.

 

It’s unclear at this point when Subaru will introduce the revamped Impreza, but since it’s due for the 2017 model year we expect to see it in the following months before going on sale this fall.
